Ingredients:
_tomatoes
_onions
_tuna and flaked cod(fish)
_hard eggs
_black olives
_oil
_salt

Mix all ingredients raw and let it stand for some hours. Then, eat it with homemade bread.

Talk about your favourite cafés, bars and restaurants in Hellín. What can you recommend?


My favourite restaurant is Emilio. The food there is fantastic.

When I arrived in Hellín 18 years ago, I knew a typical bar in Hellín, It was "El cojo muletas" It is a house on a small street where you can taste the best typical food, for example, "ajo matazón" or "atascaburras" among other things.
It is a dark and a bit dirty place but it is very interesting and you can't miss it. It is worth visiting it.
